Open-Celements CMS - Open Source
Open-Celements, or Celements for short, is a content management system (CMS) that is fully open source under the LGPL licence. It is a fork of the collaborative editing platform XWiki and has been based on the Spring Framework since version 6.0. Many XWiki features for collaborative editing are included. Since version 6.0, the Spring IoC has been used. This opens up the Spring Extension world and allows enterprise functions such as Spring Security to be used in addition to Spring Web MVC. In addition, the Celements features cover other important CMS functions that did not previously exist for the XWiki. This are foremost:
